By accessing or utilizing MichMods and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our software immediately. MichMods is provided 'as-is' exclusively for Grand Theft Auto V interactive streaming environments.
2. Usage Limitations
MichMods is intended as a streaming utility. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute modified versions of the client software. Our API routes and WebSocket endpoints are monitored, and abusive traffic or attempts to manipulate other broadcasters' sessions will lead to permanent hardware bans from the platform.
3. Third-Party Integrations
Our software interacts directly with platforms such as TikTok, EasTok, and TikFinity. MichMods is not affiliated with ByteDance or TikTok. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your streams comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
MICHMODS AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS-IS' AND 'AS-AVAILABLE' BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
